Client Management System

The Client Management System is an information system which allows us to carry out Customer Services processes, such as meter reading, invoicing and payment, according to the directories indicated by the account holder of the service being provided.

This system is a complete ensemble of models listed on the Intellectual Property Register, and characterized by its high capacity for calculation, flexibility, versatility and adaptation to new situations which allow for the implication of the service and carrying out client management processes.

The administrative needs of clients, especially those from Town Halls or other local or autonomous administrative bodies make up the system. These requirements are varied and often go further than simple payment. The most highlighted are:

  • Maintenance of correct, updated and verified information. Disposing of a good client register is vital for good management.
  • Use of meter Reading systems via portable terminals which include tele-reading mechanisms of radio-frequency modules.
  • Renovation of the meter park, Using current surveillance and information technology from the reading and invoicing systems, to maintain the excellent state of the installations.
  • Use of information filtering systems to determine the volume to be invoiced for each client, which will help us to select the appropriate tariff structure for that client, however complicated that may be.
  • Web portal which satisfies the legal requirements from which users may access information, both general and personal via the virtual office service, which facilitates telematic management for clients, contractors and the general public.
  • Versatility in the adaptation of payment methods.
